Josh Snyder serves as the CEO of Harken Research, a specialized analytical testing laboratory for dietary supplements, food, and cosmetics since 2021. In addition, Josh holds a position on the Scientific Advisory Board of AYA Biosciences, contributing expertise to small molecule pre-clinical drug development since 2020. Previously, Josh founded and led Niva Research, an analytical testing and contract research laboratory, from 2018 to 2022. Josh’s earlier experience includes significant roles at Agensys, where development of the FDA-approved Enfortumab Vedotin took place, and Sekisui XenoTech, where innovative methods to enhance human hepatocyte viability were developed. Educational background includes a B.S. in Biology from The University of Kansas and a thesis program on the metabolism of antibody-drug conjugates conducted at Agensys/Astellas.
