Helder Rafael Barbosa has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years in sales and account management roles. Helder Rafael started their career at TIM Brasil in 2001, playing a crucial role in the start-up phase of the company in the Central West region. Helder Rafael then moved on to work as a Gerente de Grandes Contas (Key Account Manager) at Vivo from 2006 to 2008. Following this, Helder worked at Oi/Telemar as an Executivo de Canais Empresarial e Alto Valor (Executive for Business and High-Value Channels) from 2008 to 2010. Helder Rafael then joined Nextel Telecomunicações Ltda as an Executivo de Canais (Channel Executive) in 2010 before joining Redecard as an Executivo de Médias e Grandes Contas (Executive for Medium and Large Accounts) for a brief period in 2011. In 2013, Helder worked at Itautec as an Executivo de Contas Privadas (Private Accounts Executive) before joining Intelbras as the Key Account Verticais (Vertical Key Account Manager) for the Centro-Oeste, Norte, and Nordeste regions from 2013 to 2017.
