Moses Asonye, PHRi, MNIM, currently serves as a Senior Human Resources Officer at Axxela, where responsibilities include supporting the Head of Human Resources in executing HR initiatives and implementing development strategies aligned with the company's strategic direction. Prior to this, Moses worked as a Human Resources Analyst at Unity Bank Plc, focusing on talent acquisition, HR strategy development, and data analysis for informed management decisions. Earlier experience includes serving as a Learning & Development Specialist at UBA Group, where skills-based learning interventions were developed to meet training needs. Moses holds a Master's degree in Managerial Psychology from the University of Lagos and a Bachelor's degree in Economics & Statistics from the University of Benin.
