Lucas Almeida started their work experience as an Estagiário de recursos humanos at Grupo A2U in January 2018. In this role, they were responsible for tasks such as recruitment and selection, job description development, candidate screening, and assistance in training processes. Lucas also contributed to the improvement of the recruitment process through the development of job descriptions and the execution of a project on organizational climate.

Lucas then joined KPEyes | Data Empowerment in July 2019 as a Desenvolvedor Javascript Fullstack Jr. Lucas worked in this role until December 2021, gaining experience in full-stack development using JavaScript.

Currently, Lucas Almeida is working as a NodeJS Back-end Developer at Axur since January 2022.

Lucas Almeida graduated from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas in 2018 with a degree in Psychology. Prior to that, they attended ETEC Bento Quirino from 2011 to 2013, although no specific degree or field of study is provided for this period. In terms of additional certifications, Lucas obtained a certification in Tech BootCamp Dev Salesforce from Deloitte in April 2021.
