Guilherme Silva began their work experience as an Estagiário de Desenvolvimento at MAC Construtora e Incorporadora in September 2018. Guilherme then joined Avanade as a Desenvolvedor Frontend from June 2019 to April 2020. In May 2020, they worked briefly as an Engenheiro de Software at Itaú Unibanco. Following this, they joined BRQ Digital Solutions as a Frontend Engineer in June 2020 and remained there until November 2021. Currently, they are working as a Frontend Engineer at Axur since November 2021.

Guilherme Silva pursued their education from 2017 to 2020 at Universidade São Judas Tadeu, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems. Guilherme'sfield of study was Information Technology. In August 2019, they also obtained the Scrum Fundamentals Professional Certificate (SFPC) from CertiProf.
