Stephen McHale serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Graici, focusing on adaptive engagement technology since June 2021. Additionally, McHale is the Co-Founder and Director of Unify Labs, a nonprofit tech innovation center committed to fostering inclusive prosperity. McHale also holds the position of Chairman of the Board at Arrive Health and is a Member of the Board of Directors at Axuall, Inc. Previously, McHale led Explorys as CEO and Chairman, specializing in big data healthcare analytics, and has a history of leadership roles at Everstream, USConnect, and McHale USConnect. McHale earned a Bachelor of Arts in Management Information Systems from Bowling Green State University between 1979 and 1983.
