Gerardo Alanis has extensive experience in technology and infrastructure, currently serving as Coordinador - Infraestructura de Servicios en la Nube at Axtel since October 1998. In this role, Gerardo is responsible for coordinating and implementing new technology projects, as well as researching and evaluating emerging technologies for deployment. Previously, as Arquitecto de Sistemas at Axtel, Gerardo managed the implementation of various security tools to comply with PCI standards and oversaw significant projects such as Exchange 2010 and Lync 2010 deployments. Gerardo's career began at Infosel as a Desarrollador de Software from December 1997 to October 1998. Gerardo holds a degree in Ingeniería en Sistemas Computacionales from Tecnológico de Monterrey, earned between 1992 and 1997.
