MANOJ HINSU is an experienced professional in the field of mechanical engineering with a focus on design. Currently serving as Assistant Manager Design at Axtel Industries Limited since May 2022, MANOJ previously held the position of Senior Engineer at L&T Technology Services Limited from August 2019 to May 2022, where responsibilities included leading a team and managing an off-road vehicle project while ensuring quality standards and creating concept designs using CAD tools. Prior experience includes a role as Design Executive at Schaeffler from May 2017 to August 2019 and as a Design Engineer at Jyoti CNC Automation Ltd. from June 2013 to April 2017, specializing in turning center CNC machines. MANOJ obtained a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Marwadi Education Foundation Group of Institutions from 2009 to 2013 and completed higher secondary education in science at Swastik School of Science from 2007 to 2009.
