Fernando de la Vega currently serves as a Project Manager at Axonier Consultores, focusing on project management for YPF S. A since August 2023. Previously, from April 2014 to August 2023, Fernando held the position of Project Manager at Cegid, leading over 20 Cloud HR projects across several Latin American countries, along with managing Cloud Payroll projects in Argentina. Fernando's career began as a Developer and later as a Development Coordinator at Meta4, where responsibilities included system implementation and client engagement in various notable projects, and also included a role as a Developer at SoftRC focusing on modernizing Human Resources systems in Buenos Aires. Educationally, Fernando is trained in agile methodologies, including certifications as an Agile Coach and in Scrum Scaled, and holds a degree in Computer Science from Universidad Nacional de La Plata.
