Dwayne Cote is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality management and engineering within the medical device industry. Currently serving as Senior Quality Manager at Axonics, Inc., Dwayne has held pivotal roles at various organizations, including Pro-Dex, Inc. as Engineering Manager and Orchid Orthopedic Solutions as Quality Manager. Previous experience includes significant positions at Edwards Lifesciences, Medtronic, and TransMedics, where Dwayne demonstrated expertise in quality engineering, product development, and manufacturing processes, particularly in orthopedic and cardiovascular applications. Dwayne holds an M.B.A. in Organizational Leadership and two Master's degrees in Plastics Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
