Kristin Lowman is an experienced public information officer currently serving as the Assistant Director at the Dallas Police Department since March 2022. Prior to this role, Kristin held various positions at the New York State Police from August 2012 to March 2022, including Chief of Agency Publications and roles in media relations. Kristin's career in journalism began as an Anchor/Reporter at Newport Television from January 2007 to August 2012, followed by a similar role at WKTV NewsChannel 2 from July 2003 to January 2007. Kristin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a Master of Arts degree in Broadcast Journalism from Syracuse University.
