Clint McFarlin has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Clint currently holds the position of UX Design Director at Axon, where they have been since July 2022. Prior to this, Clint served as the Principal Marketing UX Lead at Axon from December 2020 to January 2023. Clint also worked as the Design Director at Axon from February 2017 to December 2020.

Before joining Axon, Clint was a Creative Director at McFarlin Creative from an unknown start date to February 2017. Clint also worked as a Creative Consultant specializing in design, UI/UX, and branding at Sony Pictures Entertainment from January 2015 to January 2017. Prior to that, Clint served as a Creative Director at Fiero Agency from January 2014 to December 2015.

Earlier in their career, Clint held various senior positions in creative roles. Clint worked as a Principal Creative Director at RMA Design from August 2013 to November 2014, as a Senior Art Director at Mindspace from April 2011 to August 2013, and as a Senior Designer at ZOG Digital from an unknown start date to 2011. Additionally, Clint worked as a Senior Graphic Designer at Boon Inc. from April 2010 to August 2010 and as a Senior Designer at Mindspace from October 2008 to April 2010.

Clint also has experience in the television industry, serving as an Interactive Media Peer Group Member at the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences since January 2017.

Clint McFarlin completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Graphic Design from The Art Institute of Phoenix between the years 1998 and 2002. Prior to that, they attended Sturgeon Bay High School from 1994 to 1997 and spent a year at Nogales High School in 1994-1995.
