Baber Siddiqui, MBA, CCP, serves as the VP of Total Rewards at Axon since September 2023. Previously, Baber held significant roles, including Head of Total Rewards at Faire Wholesale and Head of Compensation at Grubhub. Experience includes leadership positions at Amazon, where Baber was a Principal in Compensation leading Amazon Robotics and also managed Compensation & Benefits for Global Customer Service. At GE and GE Capital, Baber focused on global compensation strategies, ultimately enhancing compensation market competitiveness. Earlier roles include Compensation Manager at Praxair, where significant transformations in compensation philosophy were implemented, as well as positions at Towers Perrin, Adelphia Communications, and Deloitte & Touche LLP. Education includes an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Certified Compensation Professional designation.
