Michael Zolotov has extensive work experience in the technology industry, particularly in the fields of AI, deep learning, and radar systems.
In 2010, after completing the IDF's elite Talpiot Program, Zolotov joined ELTA Systems, a subsidiary of IAI, where they worked as an Algorithm Developer and Researcher. Michael focused on algorithmic R&D for operational military systems, with a specialization in airborne radars.
In 2013, Zolotov joined the IDF Israel Defense Forces as an R&D Project Lead, where they led large-scale projects in the airborne radar field, managed annual budgets, and analyzed new technologies. Michael also initiated R&D activities and collaborations to meet client needs, with a focus on integrating various fields into optimal design goals.
In 2015, Zolotov co-founded JobHop, a company that was eventually acquired. As the Co-Founder and VP of R&D, they led the development of machine learning algorithms for the platform's primary feature, the Smart Agent, which predicted the best-fit jobs for individuals.
