Catherine H.K. Bell is an experienced corporate development professional with a strong background in mergers and acquisitions, operational risk management, and business transformation. Currently serving as the Vice President of Corporate Development at Axle, Catherine has held prominent roles at ICF, including Senior Director of Corporate Development and M&A Integration, as well as Director of M&A Integration and Senior Manager of the Business Transformation Office. Previous experience includes positions as Operational Risk Manager at Freddie Mac, Managing Consultant at CrossCountry Consulting, and IT Risk Advisor at Ernst & Young. Catherine holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business.
