Ajay Gaikwad is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in recruitment and human resources management. Currently serving as a Manager at AXISCADES since October 2022, Ajay has previously held roles such as HR Manager at BlueBinaries Engineering and Solutions Pvt Ltd, and Recruitment roles at Altran and AXISCADES focusing on the automotive, aerospace, and heavy engineering sectors. With earlier experience as HR Team Lead at KPIT Technologies, Senior HR Consultant at Magna Infotech Ltd., and HR Recruiter at MSM Consultancy, Ajay has developed expertise in the complete recruitment cycle, employee relationship management, and training for new recruits.
