Kelly Ruiz has been working in the recruiting industry for over ten years. Kelly started their career as a corrections officer 2 at the Arizona Department of Corrections in 2009. Kelly then transitioned into the staffing industry, working as a senior recruiter for CoWorx Staffing Services from 2013 to 2020. In 2020, they joined Ace Industrial Supply, Inc as their office manager. Kelly is currently working as a recruiter II at Axis Recruiting Solutions.
