Niharika Verma is currently engaged in the role of Digital Acquisitions at Axis Bank since May 2024 and serves as a Senior Executive Member of the Cultural Committee at IIM Kashipur, where Niharika has been active since August 2022. Additionally, Niharika is a facilitator for the #IamRemarkable initiative at Google, focusing on empowering women and underrepresented groups to discuss their achievements. Previous experiences include a summer trainee position in Digital Banking at YES BANK, an Admission Coordinator role at IIM Kashipur, and involvement in various internships and leadership positions at organizations such as Mountstribe Agritech, Meddo Health, EY, and MyGlamm. Niharika holds an MBA from IIM Kashipur and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women.
