Jessica Flanagain is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic communications, government relations, and public affairs. Currently a Partner and Senior Vice President at Axiom since July 2018, Jessica Flanagain also serves as the Owner of Bright Strategies, where responsibilities include strategic communications planning and crisis communications. Previous roles include serving as an Advisor and General Consultant for Pete Ricketts since July 2006, and holding the position of Special Advisor for External Affairs for Governor Pete Ricketts from December 2015 to June 2017. Jessica Flanagain was the Executive Director of the Nebraska Republican Party from 2004 to 2006. Jessica Flanagain holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Philosophy from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
