Tom Nguyen is a professional with extensive experience in hospitality and crew support roles. Currently serving as Crew Support and Experience at Axiom Space since June 2023, Tom ensures precise logistics support for crew members during astronaut missions and acts as a key liaison for stakeholder communication. Previous roles include Consulting Manager in Marketing at A Moveable Feast and Guest Relations at The Post Oak Hotel at Uptown Houston, where Tom facilitated communication between guests and staff, managed amenities, and ensured seamless check-in and check-out processes. Additional experience includes an internship at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and a position as a Geek Squad Consultation Agent at Best Buy. Tom holds an MBA and MS in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of Houston, complemented by a bachelor's degree in the same field and a study abroad experience at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
