Richard Britain is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and transactional risk management. Currently serving as Axiom Lawyer for Beat Capital and Pacific Life Re since January 2024, Richard collaborates with the General Counsel team on various aspects including regulation, funding, litigation, and ESG. Previously, Richard was the Managing Director at Volante Global, leading transactional risk efforts across the UK, Europe, and emerging markets. Richard has held significant positions at Hamlins LLP, Chubb, DWF, Ince & Co, Clyde & Co, McDermott Will & Emery, and Linklaters, specializing in M&A, fund formation, and insurance-related legal matters. Richard holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from UCL.
