Previously, Joanie held roles as Senior Legal Counsel for Privacy at Paragon Legal, and prior positions included Global Privacy Counsel at Nutanix and various legal positions within Talend, LeEco US, Synopsys, and Brocade, focusing on global employment law, ethics, and compliance. Joanie began legal career as an Associate Attorney at Jackson Lewis P.C. and holds a J.D. summa cum laude from Southwestern Law School and a B.A. in History from UCLA.
