Tom Bryant has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Tom started their career in 2013 as a PHP Developer at Clinpak Technologies, where they developed a custom PHP/SQL database software solution for order processing. In 2015, they joined IBM as a Software Engineer, where they designed and built the Secure Gateway UI and later became a Staff Software Engineer working on IBM Cloud projects.

Tom then transitioned to the role of Front End Engineering Lead at Kaleido and ConsenSys in 2017, where they contributed to the development and leadership of front-end engineering teams. In 2019, they joined Grove Collaborative as a Senior Software Engineer for a brief period before moving to Wellpay. At Wellpay, they served as a Lead Principal Software Engineer and later as the Vice President of Engineering. Tom was responsible for leading engineering teams and driving product development initiatives.

In 2021, Tom worked as the Principal Cloud Architect at X Delivery, providing expertise in cloud architecture. Tom then joined Map My Customers in 2022 as the Director of Frontend Engineering, leading frontend engineering efforts. Currently, they are employed at Axio as a Senior Software Engineer, and they have previously held the role of Staff Software Engineer.

Tom Bryant earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Honours degree in Film and Television Studies from the University of Nottingham, where they studied from 2009 to 2012. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Computer Science at the University of Birmingham from 2014 to 2015.
