Marie Laguna's work experience begins in 1978 with AT&T. Marie held multiple roles at AT&T, including Technical Consultant, Client Engagement Manager, Group Manager, and Applications Consultant. During their time at AT&T, they were involved in various projects, such as mentoring a healthcare provider's command center team and leading the implementation of VXML applications using Watson natural speech recognition technology.
In 2005, Marie joined Avaya, Inc. as a Senior Program Manager. Marie played a crucial role in supporting clients across multiple industries, including hospitality, financial, insurance, and retail. Marie'sresponsibilities included being a single point of contact for clients implementing new, upgraded, or consolidated Avaya solutions. Marie successfully completed a project worth $4 million, upgrading a global bank's IVR applications.
Marie's next position was at the Institute on Aging, where they served as the CESP-FL Manager from 2016 to 2019. Finally, in 2019, they joined Axim as a PMO Lead/Sr. Program Manager.
Marie Laguna has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology & Management from Woodbury University. Marie has not obtained any additional certifications at this time.
