Laxman S. is a Network/Infrastructure Support Engineer at Axians UK since September 2021, providing support to VINCI Energies UK & ROI customers with responsibilities in network, PC, and mobile incident management using tools such as Cortex XDR, Solarwinds, Nagios, and Microsoft Intune. Prior to this role, Laxman S. served as a Student Demonstrator/Visiting Lecturer at Birmingham City University from July 2019 to September 2021, assisting in the delivery of presentations and learning materials while answering student queries during lab sessions. Laxman S. holds a Master of Science in Advanced Computer Science from Birmingham City University (2020-2021) and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Networks and Security (2017-2020), along with a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Information Technology from Sandwell College (2015-2017) and a Level 2 in Information and Creative Technologies from Farnborough College of Technology (2014-2015).
