Pia Riccombeni has over 15 years of experience in engagement management, project management, and sales and marketing strategies, primarily with Axialent since February 2008. Currently serving as Engagement Manager, Pia nurtures client relationships and co-designs tailored solutions, focusing on culture transformation and leadership development. Prior roles include support for European and global project management, assisting sales strategy implementation, and managing an extensive range of assessment tools. Previous experience includes recruiting for international IT and financial positions at Avature and teaching languages to children at The Kids Club. Pia holds a Master's degree in Development Studies from Uppsala University and multiple certifications in leadership and project management.
