Ema (Savić) Geniti, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and account management. Currently serving as Manager of Buyside Customer Success at Axial since October 2021, Ema previously held roles at POLITICO as Senior Account Manager and Account Manager, focusing on delivering accurate and impactful information to audiences. Prior to POLITICO, Ema worked as an Account Manager at Knowland and as an Account Coordinator at News America Marketing, where responsibilities included client liaison, contract management, and performance analysis. Ema also has leadership experience as a Senior Resident Assistant at SUNY New Paltz, along with roles in personal training and executive internship.
