Gladys Ong is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client services and support. Currently serving as a Senior Partner Support Specialist and previously as a Senior Client Services Specialist at Axi since May 2020, Gladys has excelled in providing bilingual frontline support and resolving trade-related issues through cross-departmental collaboration. Prior experience includes roles as a Client Services Specialist and Financial Advisor at GREAT EASTERN, where strategic financial planning and proactive client engagement were key responsibilities.
