Technical Account Executive at Axelliant

Hina Ahmed has worked in the IT industry for over 16 years. In 2004, they began their career as an IT Technician at PC LINK, where they provided support to users with computer or other technical difficulties, performed troubleshooting to identify and resolve complex hardware and software issues, and hired and trained staff to help make hiring decisions. In 2010, they moved to SIGMAnet as an Inside Sales Representative, where they proactively identified, located, and qualified new business leads, developed rapport with customers and prospects to facilitate open discussion of needs, and developed and continually refined knowledge of information technology products to answer customer questions and develop creative ways of meeting customer needs. From 2013 to 2020, they worked at ConvergeOne as a Sales Engineer and Inside Security Solutions Architect. In this role, they assisted the sales team in executing and achieving their territory and market business plans, developed solutions based on analysis of business and technical requirements, and resolved internal and external technical support requests or issues related to product selection, application, specification, installation, etc. Currently, they are a Technical Account Executive at Axelliant, where they identify opportunities within the portfolio of customers and successfully develops customer accounts to increase the potential revenue stream, acts as the expert technical advisor to key stakeholders within customer organizations, and works with customers to understand their priorities and set long-term strategies for service delivery. Additionally, they are a Cisco X-Sell Customer Sales Specialist.

Hina Ahmed's education history includes a Cisco Customer Success Manager degree, which they are currently pursuing. Hina earned a CCNP from Cisco Networking Academy in 2011, a CCNA from the same institution in 2010, a Chartered Accountancy from the Institute of Chartered Accounts, Pakistan in 1996, and a Bachelor's in Business from Karachi University in 1996. In addition, Ahmed has obtained a number of certifications, including Cisco X-Sell Black Belt, Cisco Customer Success Manager (CSM), Cisco Webex Contact Center Sales, EMC Sales Engineer Consolidate, Brocade Certified Network Engineer (BCNE), and Webex Contact Center Sales.
