Gaurav Phadke has a strong background in software testing and quality assurance. Gaurav began their career in 2012 as a Testing Engineer at Eclerx Services Private Limited. From there, they joined Tech Mahindra as a Test Engineer in 2014. In 2016, Gaurav moved to Tieto, where they worked as a Senior Software Test Engineer for three years. Gaurav then joined Medline Industries, Inc. in 2019 as a Quality Analyst, primarily responsible for retesting, regression testing, test case creation and execution, and providing daily status updates to the client. In 2020, Gaurav moved to Steadfast Technologies Pty Ltd as a Test Analyst, where they worked until November 2021. Gaurav is currently serving as a Senior Test Engineer at AXE Group, starting in November 2021.

Gaurav Phadke studied at Mumbai University in Mumbai without pursuing a specific degree or field of study. In addition to their university education, they obtained several certifications including "Introduction to AWS for Non-Engineers: 1 Cloud Concepts" from LinkedIn in May 2020, "Automation Specialist Level 01" from Tricentis in April 2020, and "ISTQB Foundation Level Exam" from ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board in April 2012.
