Marie Demetriades has over 19 years of experience in human resources information systems and project management. Currently serving as the HRIS Global Service Delivery Manager at AXA since April 2014, Marie is responsible for developing and managing HRIS support for the AXA Group, which serves over 100,000 employees across more than 50 countries. Prior to this role, Marie worked as a Senior Consultant specializing in PeopleSoft Functional Consultant HCM at Business At Work from April 2008 to April 2014, and held various positions in project management and audit, including Chef de mission at ATAWAY AUDIT and Project Manager at CGBI. Marie holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Washington and an Associate's degree in the same field from Edmonds College.
