Janice Liu is a seasoned professional with over 22 years of experience in customer strategy and management. Since April 2016, Janice has been serving as the Customer Strategy and Insights Director and Head of the Office of Customers at AXA. Prior to joining AXA, Janice held the position of Head of Customer Management for Treasures Private Clients and Treasures at DBS Bank from March 2001 to March 2016, where significant contributions were made to customer experience and engagement.
