Sarah von Aesch is an experienced Agile Coach and Scrum Master currently employed at AXA Schweiz since November 2023. Prior to this role, Sarah co-founded MyFeld AG from August 2020 to August 2023 and served as a digital project manager as a freelancer from April 2019 to January 2022. Sarah also co-founded and held the position of CEO at JUST A BOX GmbH from September 2019 to October 2021. Other notable positions include Specialist Supplier Management at Digitec Galaxus AG and co-founding Online Startups, alongside various support roles at Zürcher Kantonalbank, Julius Baer, and Credit Suisse. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Wirtschaftspsychologie and is pursuing a Master's degree in Angewandte Psychologie at Kalaidos University of Applied Sciences Switzerland.
