Melina Costa is an accomplished professional in Human Resources with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Superintendente de RH e Comunicação Interna at AXA no Brasil since April 2016, Melina has a strong focus on talent management, performance, learning and development, and internal communication. Previous positions include leading HR projects during a merger at FedEx Express, consulting on HR policies at Viver Incorporadora, and designing trainee programs at Carrefour.
