Marcos Queiroz is an experienced professional in project management and governance, currently serving as Superintendente Governança TI at AXA no Brasil since October 2021. Previously, Marcos held roles including Project Portfolio Manager at AXA and Gerente PMO at Wooza, specializing in the management of project portfolios. With a substantial tenure at SulAmérica Seguros Saúde from 2003 to 2019, Marcos worked in various senior roles such as Gerente PMO Corporativo, leading corporate project management practices, and Superintendente de Riscos Operacionais, where significant frameworks for operational risks were developed.
