Xavier Ramette serves as Co-Head of Asset Management Europe and COO of Real Assets at AXA Investment Managers, overseeing a team of over 130 individuals and managing a diverse portfolio of more than 2,200 assets valued at €70 billion across Europe. Previous roles include Head of Asset Management France, where Xavier managed a €12 billion portfolio with a focus on outstanding properties and retail assets, and Deputy Head of Asset Management France at Carrefour Property, leading strategic marketing and communications for the internal property branch. Additional experience includes senior asset management positions at Unibail-Rodamco and consulting at A.T. Kearney, alongside an educational background from ESCP Business School and the University of Texas at Austin.
