Tracy Lau is currently serving as Partnership Manager in the Chief Employee Benefits and Wellness Office at AXA Hong Kong and Macau since August 2023, focusing on B2B partnership strategy and marketing campaign planning. Tracy has received multiple awards including Best Corporate Insurance Provider and Best Employee Benefit Insurance Provider at the iMoney Insurance Excellence Awards 2023. Previous experience includes roles at HKT Digital Ventures, culminating in the successful launch of co-branded credit cards and various award-winning marketing campaigns, as well as positions at uSmart Securities Limited, foodpanda, and Valentino, where Tracy managed merchant acquisitions, marketing strategies, and stakeholder engagement.
