Maria Karpova is an experienced professional in recruitment and human resources, currently serving as the Head of Recruitment at AX CAPITAL Real Estate since February 2023. Previously, Maria held the position of Human Resources Team Lead at FMedia group from April 2021 to March 2022 and served as Recruitment Team Lead at Yandex.Classifieds from October 2017 to April 2021, where responsibilities included developing hiring strategies and enhancing the recruitment process. Maria also worked as a Senior Recruiter and HR Manager at Ostrovok.ru from October 2015 to September 2017, managing end-to-end recruitment for various technical roles and other business areas, as well as contributing to HR process improvements.
