Gina Tay is an experienced educator currently serving as a Teacher at AWWA School @ Napiri since October 2023, where responsibilities include preparing goals and progress reports for students and fostering a safe learning environment. Prior to this, Gina worked in various educational roles, including as a Flexi-Adjunct SEN Officer at the Ministry of Education, Singapore, and a Relief Teacher at Presbyterian Community Services, where lesson planning and classroom discipline were key tasks. Previous experience includes significant roles at Autism Association (Singapore) as a Process Lead for the Picture Exchange Communication System and as an Educator and Coach at Eden School, focusing on individualized educational planning and curriculum development. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Special Education from NIE and a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from Murdoch University.
