Wolter Bouwmeester is an experienced advisor with a diverse background in human resources and consulting. Currently serving as an advisor at werkgeversvereniging AWVN and Polyganics BV since April and November 2022, respectively, Wolter also operates as a self-employed consultant specializing in advice, coaching, and interim management since July 2017. Previous roles include HR manager at IG Design Group BV, advisor for Hyzon Motors and Royal Bodewes, and HR business partner at JC-Electronics. Additional experience includes positions as HR manager at Hoomark B.V., compensation benefits manager at Bollegraaf Recycling Solutions, and advisor to the board at SOLIDUS SOLUTIONS. Wolter holds a MSc in Business Administration from the University of Groningen and attended Hanzehogeschool Groningen for preliminary studies.
