Imke Koetsier is an experienced organizational advisor currently working at werkgeversvereniging AWVN since February 2024. Prior to this role, Imke served as a Senior HR-consultant at Human Capital Group, leading complex projects focused on organizational design from February 2020 to February 2024. Imke has also held positions as a Medior HR-Consultant and HR-consultant, focusing on project leadership and job evaluation methodologies. Additional experience includes serving as Chair of the MSc committee for HRM at EBF Groningen and acting as Regional Manager for SpelenderGrijs, where Imke established a regional organization in Groningen. Imke's background in social pedagogical support is complemented by a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Groningen and extensive educational credentials, including a Bachelor's degree in Social Pedagogical Assistance.
