Claire Tapping MSc FCIPS is a seasoned procurement and commercial professional with extensive experience in diverse leadership roles. Currently serving as a Commercial Partner at AWE, Claire also directs CLT Consulting and Advisory Limited, focusing on procurement support for leadership teams. Additional roles include Executive Coach and fractional COO at Creo, as well as experience as Chief Operating Officer at Reach Events and Senior Management Consultant at Barkers. Previous positions at Avon, Evangelical Alliance, Network Rail, and Dassault Systèmes showcase a strong background in consultancy. From 1998 to 2019, Claire led the procurement team at Rolls-Royce, driving global initiatives and managing key relationships.
