Christine Bailey is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and management. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer and Head of People & Change Management at AWD-IT (ADMI Ltd) since April 2024, Christine previously held the role of Operations Director at Tecni-Form Ltd. from March 2023 to March 2024. Prior to that, Christine was the General Manager and Sales Director at CloudNC, and held various managerial positions at James Walker over a span of 12 years. Early career experience includes roles at DOR BioPharma, Inc. and Lloyds Banking Group. Academically, Christine has obtained a Postgraduate Certificate in Business Administration (Senior Leadership) from Keele University, a Level 7 qualification in Leadership and Strategic Management from the Chartered Management Institute, and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering.
