Nishant Tyagi is an experienced professional in asset management and capital markets, currently serving as SVP at A. Walker & Co. since January 2025. Prior to this role, Nishant held the position of Vice President of Structured Finance at Arbor Realty Trust from 2013 to January 2025, specializing in financial economics within commercial real estate. Earlier experience includes a role as a Real Estate Consulting Associate at Deloitte from 2012 to 2013, a consultant position at IITS from 2007 to 2011, and an intervenant role at Maison de Jeunes d'Anjou from 2003 to 2006. Nishant Tyagi earned a Master’s Degree in Real Estate from Baruch College and has also studied at McGill University.
