Emmanuel Arunthavanathan is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Coordinator at Awaze since August 2022. Prior to this, Emmanuel worked as an HR-Student at madklubben from January 2016 to August 2022, where responsibilities included the establishment and execution of employee satisfaction surveys and involvement in the UN Global Compact auditing process. Emmanuel also held positions as a Leading Employee at Copenhagen Business School, where studies focused on Human Resource Management, and as a Master Thesis Student at Danske Bank, exploring the impact of hybrid work on employee coordination and motivation. Additional roles include serving as a board member at Dansk HRM Forening and a research assistant at Venaris Executive Search. Emmanuel holds a master's degree in Human Resources Management from Copenhagen Business School and a bachelor's degree in Politics & Administration from Roskilde University.
