James Selig is a seasoned professional in people operations and benefits management, currently serving as the Director of People Operations at Away since November 2023. Previous experience includes roles at Empire Portfolio Group as Benefits & Payroll from 2021 to 2023, and as Benefits Manager at The New York Racing Association from 2019 to 2021. James also held the position of Benefits & HRIS at Childrens Community Services Inc. from 2017 to 2019 and worked as a Principal Consultant at 2020 Consulting, LLC from 2013 to 2017. James Selig holds a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Thomas Edison State University.
