Richard Sitosta has a diverse work experience spanning over different roles in the investment and financial services industry. Richard is currently employed at Aware Super as the Functional Head of Investment Data Management and Reporting, where they are responsible for leading and managing investment data management and reporting operations. Prior to this, they worked at Rest as an Investments Specialist, where they served as an in-house subject matter expert in performance and risk analytics, regulatory reporting, and data implementation.

Earlier in their career, Richard held various positions at State Street, including Vice President, Data and Analytics Business Development Manager, Assistant Vice President, Analytics Pre-Sales and Client Manager, and Assistant Vice President, Investment Risk Manager. In these roles, they dealt with complex multi-asset class requirements and provided investment data and analytics solutions to financial institutions. Richard also served as an Officer, Investment Performance, Attribution, and Risk Analyst at State Street, where they were responsible for portfolio investment data management, analysis, and reporting.

Richard's professional journey began at COL Financial Group, Inc., where they worked as a Proprietary Equities Trader. In this role, they utilized fundamental and technical analysis to capitalize on short-term equity market movements.

Throughout their career, Richard has demonstrated strong leadership skills, expertise in investment data management and reporting, and the ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Richard Sitosta attended Ateneo de Manila University from 2000 to 2004, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management with a specialization in Finance and Legal Management.
