Ingrid Har has a diverse work experience in the finance and accounting industry. Ingrid began their career as a Graduate at ESV Chartered Accountants, where they worked as a Senior Tax Accountant for six years. In 2007, they transitioned to working as a Fund Accountant at Apax Partners for a brief period before joining Macquarie Group as a Tax Compliance Manager. In 2008, they joined RBC Investor & Treasury Services, where they held roles as a Senior Financial Reporting Accountant and Senior Tax Analyst. In 2014, they joined StatePlus as a Manager of Trust Accounting, overseeing accounting, tax, and statutory reporting for Managed Investment Funds and Superannuation Funds. In 2018, they joined First State Super as a Senior Tax Advisor, focusing on statutory reporting and tax for Superannuation Funds, Managed Investment Funds, and Special Purpose Vehicles. Currently, Ingrid Har is working at Aware Super as a Senior Tax Associate in the Group Tax team, handling various tax compliance matters and contributing to projects such as fund mergers and system transitions.
