Natalia Kats is an experienced technology professional currently serving as the Head of Power Platform Practice at Awara IT since October 2022, focusing on Microsoft Power Platform solutions to streamline business operations. Previously, Natalia held various positions at Microsoft from May 2013 to June 2022, including Senior Cloud Solution Architect and Partner Technical Consultant, where responsibilities involved leading engagements with partners to develop applications for Microsoft Cloud and providing technical consulting. Earlier career experience includes roles as a SharePoint Developer/Senior System Administrator at UralChem and as a Senior IT Specialist at Consaltex, among others. Natalia holds an Engineer degree from the Moscow Institute of Electronics and Mathematics, completed in 2006.
