Sofía Flores is an accomplished software developer with a strong background in data collection for AI model pretraining. Currently serving as a SSR Software Developer at AW Latam since September 2022, Sofía previously held the role of Junior Software Developer and Young Professional within the same company. Before this, Sofía contributed as a data collector at OpenAI from February 2021 to August 2021, working on an Upwork contract. Sofía holds a degree in Computer Engineering from Universidad Nacional de San Luis, completed in March 2023, and is furthering education with a Bachelor's in Computer Science focused on Software Development at Universidad Empresarial 'Siglo 21', which is expected to conclude in October 2024.
